Punjab Board of Technical Education is an independent corporate body, which was established in 1971, under the PBTE (Amendmend) Act and plays a vital role in controlling, regulating and developing technical, vocational and Commerce Education up to diploma level in the province of Punjab. It was created as a successor of West Pakistan Technical Board which was constituted in 1962.

Lahore Board which is well known as Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore has already announced the matric part 2 result on 25th July. This year 9th Class Result 2013 will be announced on 21st August on official website of board. Students can check their bise lahore 9th class result with the help of roll number on the result date. The spokesman of the board has confirmed that inter part 2 result 2013 will be declared on 22nd September.

It is the mission of this board to provide high quality education to all the undergraduate students and award them certificates below degree level in the jurisdiction of Punjab and all those other areas as directed by the Government. The authorities are committed to extend the services to attract the more stakeholders through quality management system.

Board is introducing modern teaching and assessment techniques to raise the standard of education, and conducts the examinations in extremely fair, transparent and unbiased environment. The Jurisdiction of the Board are not confined yet, it includes Punjab Province and all those areas as directed by the Government.

As per official news, Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore has announced the annual examination results of it’s different diplomas on Saturday. According to the details this year total 6826 students appeared in part 1 and 3965 were declared as pass, whereas 8250 candidates participated in part 2 exam and 3812 of them were declared pass.
