Each year the registration schedule is issued by Punjab Examination Commission for grade V and VIII examination. This process of registration is supervised by each district’s EDO and students can receive the admission forms from the office of EDO or the same can be obtained from different center formed in this regard in each district.
In each district education officer will announce the last date of form submission, and all the students will have to submit the forms as per instructions. After the completion of the registration process, district officers inform to the Punjab Education Commission and no registration is made after the due date.
Students of Private schools can download the registration forms from the official website of PEC which is (www.pec.edu.pk). Photocopy of the admission form would also be acceptable. According to the EMIS code of the Government Schools the Headmasters will be liable to submit the admission forms to the concerned district officers within the due date, and not any exact fee is yet fixed about such examinations.
Now according to the new policy of PEC it is compulsory for the 5th and 8th class students of all Private and Public Madaris to appear in these examination. The District Education Officers will take action against all those private Madaris who will fail to include the students of their schools in this examination.
