Lucky draw follows general principle of common draw method and resultantly produces random serial number out of sold prize bonds’ serial numbers. As already informed, all prize bonds are published serial number wise and interestingly every series comprises of less than 1 Million prize bonds. Out of every series of prize bonds, there is only one mega 1st prize, three to five 2nd prizes and the sequence follows in pre announced pattern resultantly more winners with less prize money. Funds raised in such a way provide the government to raise its financial reserves and provide an opportunity to common people to win lawfully huge prize money but who knows who gets lucky and who keeps on waiting, trying again and again!
